What You'll Do

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in creating an outstanding service experience by:

• Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle concerns
• Preparing accurate estimates and clearly explaining recommended repairs
• Scheduling appointments and managing workflow throughout the day
• Working closely with our technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely repairs
• Keeping customers informed every step of the repair process
• Building lasting relationships that earn customers' trust for years to come

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has at least 1 year of automotive service advisor/service writer experience
• Communicates clearly and confidently with customers and teammates
• Enjoys solving problems and helping people
• Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Wants to grow professionally with one company
• Has a valid driver's license and a good driving record
